Rio Hobbs, the co-founder of Louisville Lifestyle Medicine (LLM), will present the 8 Dimensions of Wellness and how you can reach your goal of good health by attending to them each day. To have a healthy thriving business you must be a healthy thriving owner! Your health is #1 priority for your business. One’s health is built on the foundation of eating healthy, exercising and practicing stress management; your health is not determined by your genetics in most cases, it’s built on your lifestyle choices.

Rio and her husband, Bob Hobbs, founded Louisville Lifestyle Medicine in 2011. Within 5 years their practice has grown to over 4K patients, and they have moved from their first small location to purchasing a new 8000 square foot facility that they now share with 6 other providers and 6 full-time employees. LLM offers a wide variety of medical services, including physical exams, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, food allergy testing, stress testing, and aesthetic services. LLM has recently built a center for medical care that includes stem cell joint care, physical therapy, acupuncture, strength training, medical weight management, and naturopathy.
