Rob May will be back in town briefly and is presenting at 1 Million Cup of Coffee on THURSDAY, August 16th. For those of you around who remember the Halycon days of the entrepreneur support system starting to evolve a number of years ago, Rob was one of our area's bright lights. His experiments (that sometimes turned into companies) were always cutting edge and interesting. The Wall Street Journal and Harvard Business School were covering him before he left Louisville - taking his family and his business, Backupify, to the Boston/Cambridge area. After a successful exit Rob has chased a longtime passion (why yes, he is trained as an engineer) and has dived into AI (before it was all over the news) and some other timely subjects.
