Event Details

The business model for a Software as a Service (SaaS) company is different from many established ones, with unique performance metrics. This session on SaaS Key Performance Indicators will discuss what makes a SaaS business unique, and some of the important metrics to track and optimize. We’ll look at KPIs at the product or customer level such as Cost of Goods Sold and Gross Margin; Customer Acquisition Cost and Lifetime Value; and Churn or Non-Renewal Rate. We’ll also dig into KPIs at the corporate level, such as recurring revenue versus recognized revenue; cash burn rate; sales efficiency and capital efficiency.
