Natarajan Venkatakrishnan, better known as Venkat, was founding Director of FirstBuild microfactory and makerspace at the University of Louisville. He now is Director of Advanced Technologies at GE Appliances, a Haier company, a $6.5 billion business that employs 12,000 employees, is an industry leader in major appliance products the U.S.
Venkat has been driving force in the creation of FirstBuild and was responsible for its operations from 2014 to 2016.
