The most important asset for any business is its’ people. No matter the size of your business, once you hire that first employee, you have to begin thinking about that most important asset! One of the biggest challenges for business owners is complying with the myriad of employment laws. Many business owners assume that if they only have a few employees, they don’t need to be concerned about employment law compliance, which unfortunately is not the case. This webinar will provide the business owner with an overview of employment law compliance and some HR best practices to help ensure your business is protected. Presented by: Jennifer Wheatley, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Vice President, HR Consulting & Outsourcing, HR Affiliates, has expertise across all human resources disciplines. With over 25 years of experience in human resource management, she has consistently demonstrated an ability to succeed above and beyond expectations. Jennifer has experience in multiple industries including manufacturing/distribution, banking, and retail. Jennifer is a results-oriented, HR leader.
