The Louisville/Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District’s (MSD) Disparity Study (Study) is complete. The Study determined whether MSD's construction, construction-related services, engineering and professional services, and materials, commodities, and services contracts are being equitably awarded to ready, willing, and able M/WBEs. The Study reviewed M/WBE participation on MSD's contracts awarded from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2015. Mason Tillman Associates, Ltd., a national public policy firm, conducted the Study. MSD is hosting a business community meeting to present the findings from the Study.
