Amy Newbanks Letke is Founder & CEO of Integrity HR, a human resource consulting firm in Louisville, Kentucky. Integrity HR has over 20 employees and provides outsourced HR services to small to mid-sized companies as well as conducts Human Resource Audits, provides Executive and Professional recruitment services, creates Compensation Systems, provides Training and Leadership Development services, and delivers coaching for executives and leaders to support organizational growth.
Prior to founding Integrity HR in 2007, Amy served in the field of human resources for 20 years, including her career in HR positions with two Fortune 500 companies. She has also served as a lead consultant in one of the nation’s largest Accounting and Consulting firms in Chicago, providing clients around the globe “HR Help” in the areas of human resources excellence and organizational development, and training her team to provide programs for improved productivity, and higher performance.
Amy’s undergraduate degree is from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana and she holds a MBA from St. Ambrose University in Moline, Illinois. She’s a national speaker and authority on Human Resources and Improving Workplace Performance, and is often consulted by national news outlets, including NBC news, for commentary on current events impacting the workplace. She has authored several business books alongside Deepak Chopra, Ken Blanchard, and Bob Proctor.
At home, Amy is the proud mother of two fine young men, William Stuart and Kyle Christopher who are in 9th and 7th grade. They are, of course the apple of her eye!
