Marguerite is the owner of Heitzman Traditional Bakery started 125 years ago in 1891.
She is the youngest of the 4th generation and has been in the business ever since she could make fingerprints on the bakery cases! The tradition of Heitzman's still lives today providing quality, service and 100% ingredients.
Marguerite graduated college with a degree in business and found her transition owning two stores very challenging especially in this age of Starbucks, Heine Brothers, Panera. Nothing takes the place of experience and she has had very good teachers along the way including her mother, grandparents and sisters-in-law who worked in the business for over 20 years.
