Scale Up Louisville is a growth entrepreneurship program created by the Louisville Small Business Development Center. Scale Up is an intensive, year-long program aimed at providing direct support to small business leaders seeking to grow their companies. Companies that have been in business for at least three years, have sales in excess of $350,000, at least two W2 employees and have a leader willing to commit to the program are invited to apply to Scale Up Louisville. Accepted entrepreneurs will develop a detailed strategic plan with guidance from subject-matter experts and successful local entrepreneurs. Participants will learn how to create the alignment needed to execute their vision and goals via one-on-one consulting and group coaching.
